Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions across various ServiceNow products and modules.
- Develop and manage custom applications and scripted REST APIs on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and stakeholders to identify business challenges and design effective, user-focused solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow seamlessly with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Engage in Agile methodologies, participating in ceremonies like grooming, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Monitor and support deployed solutions to uphold performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
- Stay updated on platform capabilities, industry trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the engineering community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer with comprehensive platform knowledge.
- Expertise in custom application development, scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Understanding of ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITSM best practices.
- Experience in managing code releases and deployments using scoped applications and automated pipelines.
- Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with AWS engineering practices, with the ability to collaborate with cloud-native teams.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or integration is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 99,000.00 to 165,000.00 per year, depending on factors such as the final location of the position and the qualifications of the selected candidate. Additional compensation opportunities, including incentive programs, may also be available.
