Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Franklin Fitch Scaling High Performance Technology Teams across the East Coast (US) The Technical ServiceNow Architect will play a critical role in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that support a wide range of healthcare operations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Security Operations. This individual will work closely with both business and technical teams to develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise in ServiceNow, as well as an understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions tailored to the healthcare industry, covering ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Security Operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom ServiceNow applications that meet operational needs. Architect and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., EHRs, CRMs, etc.) to ensure smooth data exchange and workflow automation. Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in best practices and complex problem-solving. Oversee ServiceNow platform customization and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, implementation, and system management. Drive upgrades and updates to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with industry regulations. Troubleshoot technical issues within ServiceNow applications and integrations, providing expert-level support. Maintain detailed architectural documentation and ensure continuous improvement in ServiceNow configurations and business processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and implementation. Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Security Operations. Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, including APIs, web services, and third-party systems. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred. Solid understanding of CMDB management and ITIL processes within ServiceNow. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects. Interested?
