About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative ServiceNow solutions tailored to our clients' business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your deep platform expertise and consultative leadership in a presales capacity, helping clients maximize their value from the ServiceNow ecosystem. This position offers a remote work setup as approved by SHI management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to capture client requirements and pain points. Design and present customized solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform for diverse business needs. Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops to assess current environments.
  • Solution Development: Architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications. Create detailed technical proposals and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and addressing technical concerns during the presales cycle.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work alongside internal technical teams for seamless project transitions. Engage with product and marketing teams to stay updated on ServiceNow features. Provide mentorship to sales teams and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT architecture experience, with at least 4 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficient in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A technical degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $128,000 to $200,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $160,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and market location. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
