Senior ServiceNow Analyst

Provide expertise in supporting Intuitive Surgical's HR HelpNow (ServiceNow) platform and other related tools or systems as needed.

• Advanced ServiceNow experience, with expertise in HRSD, ER, Employee Center Pro, AI, and current releases.
• Develop and analyze reports and dashboards.
• Configure lower environment POCs and enhancements.
• Resolve complex issues requiring knowledge of ServiceNow Infrastructure.
• Test solutions for quality assurance and develop testing plans based on user stories/requirements.
• Improve system performance by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training when applicable.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business process management, project management, product development, user experience/voice of customer, and technical change management.

They will possess excellent communication skills, able to distill complex concepts and tailor communications to cross-functional audiences.

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, developing and implementing optimized processes, and maintaining awareness of best practices and trends.
