Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Configuration:
- Configure ServiceNow based on predefined templates and guidelines provided by the Process Improvement Team.
- Tailor ServiceNow configurations to meet unique organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of templates and workflows.
- SharePoint Enhancements:
- Enhance SharePoint functionalities to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Support the migration and integration of content from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.
- System Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor system performance and address any anomalies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and process changes.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for management and stakeholders.
This is an onsite role requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience configuring and managing ServiceNow is essential, as well as proficiency in improving and customizing SharePoint environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint is also beneficial.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with cross-functional Process Improvement Teams and a background in supporting digital workplace transformation initiatives.
