Summary:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Development Manager to lead IT product lifecycle management, delivery schedules, and release planning. This role works closely with business owners, technical teams, and enterprise architecture to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years in IT product development or project delivery
• 5+ years leading cross-functional IT teams
• Strong ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience
• Software lifecycle management & release planning
• Agile / Scrum / Iterative delivery methods
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Government IT project governance (Florida 60GG)
• Microsoft Project, SharePoint 365, Azure DevOps
