ServiceNow-Nuvolo Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

A high-level implementation specialist role that requires strong customer interaction skills and technical management expertise, with a focus on implementing ServiceNow-Nuvolo IWMS.

• Manage enterprise COTS implementation projects, including project scheduling, deliverables, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and promote collaboration within the team.
• Support the integration of ServiceNow platform and Nuvolo SaaS application, including configuration and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' project experience with Enterprise COTS; at least 5 years' experience with ServiceNow; 2+ years with Nuvolo applications preferred.

Additional Details:

• 90% remote work arrangement with periodic onsite meetings.
• Background check and Public Trust Clearance required.
