AHEAD is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Develop and implement customized ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Provide expert-level guidance and training to colleagues and clients on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and releases, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum
