Business Analyst Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and drive business success through effective ServiceNow implementation. About the Role

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting ServiceNow requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions to define business needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities across departments.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design scalable, user-centric solutions that align with business goals.
• Configure and support key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, SPM).
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to support strategic initiatives and system upgrades.
• Develop test plans, user stories, and training documentation; support UAT and go-live activities.
• Monitor KPIs and service metrics, recommending optimizations and continuous improvements. Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on work in ServiceNow (including implementation and support).
• Deep understanding of ITSM, workflow automation, and process design within ServiceNow.
• Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries seen as a plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and functional workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with examples managing business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies understanding agile delivery.
• ServiceNow certifications are a bonus.
• Consulting background is seen as a bonus. Your Qualifications
