Your role will involve:

• Analyzing, designing, and developing client information systems and business solutions.
• Creating specifications and requirements while overseeing the design, build, testing, and maintenance phases of systems and applications.
• Providing technical support for infrastructure projects and the production environment.
• Developing recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Monitoring and assessing the impact of new products and services.
• Coding, testing, and debugging applications and programs.
• Participating in application design using analytical techniques.
• Creating detailed design documents and program specifications while assisting in testing and training.

This hybrid role requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday.

Required certifications include:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
