About This Job We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role will support business process automation, IT service management (ITSM), and other enterprise workflows by leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integration best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, forms, and UI policies.

• Develop custom scripts and integrations using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring performance and scalability.

• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users and administrators. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred. About Axos
