ServiceNow Senior Developer

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow developer to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and administering the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Incident and request management
• Access control implementation (ACLs)
• Platform testing and validation
• Technical support
• Performance analysis
• Process documentation

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/XML, and ServiceNow APIs. A solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL processes, and relational databases is also required.
