We are seeking a seasoned and experienced architect to support our ServiceNow practice and enhance our delivery capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect with a proven track record in implementing enterprise-level solutions, including custom applications.

Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing ServiceNow platform solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HR, Security Automation, and CMDB.

Additionally, they will develop and mentor teams, create and implement roadmaps, design, develop, and deploy custom applications within ServiceNow tailored to specific requirements.

They will also integrate AI-driven solutions into ServiceNow modules to enhance automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making, and develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, etc.

Furthermore, they will lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to define and align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure platform compliance with federal security and operational standards.
