Director ServiceNow Platform
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and ITIL process knowledge. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including license management, development, testing, implementation, and production globally.
- Manage ITSM & HRSD processes, including IT service management, demand intake, prioritization, and delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity, implement solutions, and drive enterprise synergies and company-wide simplification.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide digital strategy, ensuring alignment to top-level business goals.
- Drive the building, documentation, training, and ongoing honing of technical standards, platform governance, and robust application monitoring programs. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 14 years' experience in Agile leadership, preferably in a shared service environment.
- Minimum 8 years' experience managing ServiceNow Platform.
- Current certified ServiceNow System Administrator, preferably with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) process knowledge.
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements. Benefits

Work Location: Remote. What We Offer
Our company is committed to providing a competitive salary range for this role, which includes $176,000 - $352,000 USD per year. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs.
