Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support our USSS Network Operations and Security Center proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Administer ServiceNow applications and configure security and workflow settings.
• Develop scoped applications and service portals.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or equivalent qualifications.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• ServiceNow certifications, such as Administrator Certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certified.
