Senior ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer Position

This position requires a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom flows and integrations for the service request and employee center modules. They will also collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and design solutions specific to these needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow flows and integrations for the service request and employee center modules
• Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and design solutions specific to service request and employee center needs
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to less experienced developers
• Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for the service request and employee center modules
• Troubleshooting issues and providing support to end-users for the service request and employee center modules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the service request and employee center modules
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
