The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the field and possess strong skills in ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITIL v3 or v4, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform:
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process.
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge.
• Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members.

• Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Implementation Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
