Technical Lead for ServiceNow Transformation
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of technical delivery.
- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical excellence.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
- Collaborate with architects and other technical leads to ensure cohesive solution design.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in SPM.
- Strong knowledge of:
- CSDM.
- Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
- Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKR.
- Integration Hub and scripted APIs.
- Portal management and customization.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Sales and Ordering processes.
- Familiarity with EAP and CSM modules.
