Technical Lead for ServiceNow Transformation

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of technical delivery.

  • Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical excellence.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
  • Collaborate with architects and other technical leads to ensure cohesive solution design.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in SPM.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • CSDM.
  • Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
  • Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKR.
  • Integration Hub and scripted APIs.
  • Portal management and customization.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Sales and Ordering processes.
  • Familiarity with EAP and CSM modules.
