Job Title: Servicenow Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Servicenow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business needs and technical capabilities, with expertise in architecture, delivery, platform management, leadership, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable Servicenow solutions that align with business goals
• Configure ITSM modules and optimize performance for maximum efficiency
• Manage Servicenow teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor developers
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and advise on platform strategy
• Drive automation, cost reduction, and service enhancements through continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect position
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, and other related areas
• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, Agile, and enterprise integrations
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Servicenow Admin & Implementation Specialist certifications Benefits
