About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to join our team. As a technical leader, you will provide consultative leadership to our platform support team, ensuring that our platform is aligned with business strategy and governed effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform, and advanced knowledge and skills in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed view of existing architecture
• Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
• Lead the platform support team in implementation of technical good practices, policies and procedures
• Provide architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements
• Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs
• Provide leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
• Contribute to governance processes
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies Required Skills and Qualifications
• Enterprise Security and Architecture
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administration
• ServiceNow Application Development
• Scripting – JavaScript – Web Services – HTML – CSS – TSQL – AngularJS
• Performance Analytics and dashboarding
• Scoped Application development and Workspaces
• Integrations via REST, JDBC, GraphQL using Integration Hub and flow designer
• Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Experience with modern ServiceNow features (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Mobile Development, UI Builder, AWA) Benefits and Opportunities

• 3+ years overall experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Requirements-gathering experience
• Strong ability to align and document business process and requirements with a technical implementation
• Experience with middleware and discovery technologies
• Direct experience implementing the following: IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) Strategic Portfolio Management - Project and Demand Management IT Operations Management (Discovery, Event, Service Mapping) Customer Service Management Employee Center Pro CSDM and Service Portfolio Management
• Prior consulting experience with a ServiceNow partner is highly preferred Education and Certification
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related (equivalent experience considered)
• Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred, including but not limited to the following: Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer CIS – IT Service Management CIS – Customer Service Management CIS – Project Portfolio Management
