Summary
The Client, is seeking a qualified and certified ServiceNow Administrator to support platform maintenance, improve ServiceNow implementation, assist in triage of end-user issues, and ensure best practices are embedded within platform administration. This resource will work under the ITT Quality, Standards, and Tooling Manager, executing daily operational tasks in alignment with SFO's change governance processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Platform Administration
- Manage users, roles, and assignment groups.
- Maintain forms, fields, views, and ACLs.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and integrations; escalate platform issues. Support and Triage
- Work on assigned ServiceNow-related tickets.
- Perform issue triage related to workflows, catalog items, and business rules.
- Recommend actions and coordinate with ServiceNow support teams. Governance and Change Control
- Follow the ITT change management process.
- Submit and track change requests.
- Participate in governance/planning meetings. Documentation and Knowledge Management
- Document all configuration and administrative activities.
- Maintain daily work logs.
- Develop knowledge base articles and user procedure guides. Review and Recommendations
- Evaluate platform configurations and integrations.
- Recommend cleanup, optimization, or enhancements. Upgrade Support
- Support ServiceNow upgrade activities.
- Execute testing and validation in sub-production environments. Must-Have / Required Experience:
- 3+ years of recent hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience (within last 5 years).
- Proven experience supporting an enterprise organization with more than 10,000 employees.
- Expertise in user role management, workflows, catalog items, and ACLs in ServiceNow.
- Strong documentation and change management background.
- Full-time availability to work onsite five days a week. Nice-to-Have / Desired Experience:
- Experience developing custom applications within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow portal design.
- Ability to analyze and recommend enhancements to platform integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and validation. Minimum Qualification Table Minimum Qualification (MQ) Requirement MQ1 Candidate must have three (3) years of proven ServiceNow Administration experience within the recent five (5) years. MQ2 Candidate must have a current ServiceNow Administrator certification (a copy of certificate must be provided as part of the Proposal). MQ3 Proposer must have experience working in an organization with more than 10,000 people. MQ4 Candidate must be able to work full-time (40 hours) on-site five (5) days per week.
