A leading global business and technology transformation partner seeks an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their team in Basildon, United Kingdom.

Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be successful, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience Workflow Applications, Technology Experience Workflow Applications, and Employee Experience Workflow Applications.
• User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configuring and enhancing the Next Experience UI for seamless interactions.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across ServiceNow modules and external systems. Requirements:
• Proven expertise with ServiceNow, focusing on customer, technology, and employee workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Strong integration skills with external systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills. Working Arrangements:

The role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional visits to the nearest office. Hiring Process:

A two-step hiring process will be followed. Compensation:

Up to £75,000 annually, dependent on experience.
