ServiceNow Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team at Monito on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.

Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications based on the level of expertise. Job Expectations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Work onsite 3 days a week in a hybrid work model.
• Participate in in-person interviews for final selection.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Desired Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC.
• 1+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications

• (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator
• 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience
• (CAD) Certified Application Developer
• 3+ years in ServiceNow Application Development
• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Architecture and Operational Lead-level experience
• Archer integration experience is a plus
