Enterprise HRIS Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Overview: Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Employee Relations case management system using ServiceNow HRSD. This role involves replacing a legacy platform and introducing a centralized policy repository. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Project Management experience, with a background in HR/HCM systems and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, delivery, and steering activities
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive business process improvements and performance management initiatives
• Manage resource and budget allocations effectively
• Track KPIs and ensure alignment with project goals
• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Oversee financial and workforce planning activities
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and project governance standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Project Management experience
• Strong background in HR/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module highly preferred
• Previous involvement in data migration or legacy system replacement projects
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
• Familiarity with Planview (a plus)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
