Configuration Analyst

Dallas, TX on-site 5 days per week.

Job Description:

Seeking Configurators with expertise in configuring supplier applications such as Right Crowd, ServiceNow, Kode Labs, Procure, Tririga, Cority, or CoStar. The role includes attending Agile ceremonies, supporting Product Owners in backlog development, and defining and managing building management processes, workflows, and data attributes. Candidates should also be skilled in creating solution gap summaries, business process documentation, and functional design workbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure systems like Right Crowd, ServiceNow, Kode Labs, Procure, Tririga, Cority, or CoStar.
• Attend Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams.
• Support Product Owners in writing user stories and maintaining a healthy backlog
• Define and manage CAD publication and synchronization processes (where applicable)
• Design and document building management workflows and data attributes (where applicable)
• Create solution gap summaries and functional design workbooks

Requirements:

• Experience configuring at least one of the specified supplier applications.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and ceremonies
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to define and manage building management processes and data attributes
