ServiceNow Developer About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices. They should also be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and have experience working in a team environment.

In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and other ServiceNow Developers to gather and clarify requirements, develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets, and maintain code quality and security. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Customize core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain custom applications/modules using ServiceNow Studio.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, and automated tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets.
• Maintain code reviews, unit testing, and maintain code quality and security. Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM, HRSD, Discovery)
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer. Working Environment:

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence two days per week, or as needed. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly orally and in writing is essential.
