Job Title: ServiceNow IT Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT specialist to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and scripting, ensuring the platform aligns with business needs and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

About the Role: As a ServiceNow IT specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and functionality of our ServiceNow applications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.)
• Managing user roles, groups, permissions, and workflows
• Developing and maintaining business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs

Requirements:

• Currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance
• Years of experience with degree: BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL 4 Foundation
