IT Service Management Developer About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) developer to join our team. As an ITSM developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining NNSA's IT service management platform using no-code, low-code, and fully scripted solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITSM workflows using Agile practices such as CI/CD
• Manage integrations with other systems
• Design best practices using End User Experience
• Roll out changes following testing and established change practices Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline
• 3+ years of related experience working in a fast-paced environment where you help manage and develop cybersecurity processes
• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications and 3+ years of experience preferred
• Must know ServiceNow JSON, JavaScript, Script-Includes and changing ServiceNow workflow
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, compliance requirements also required
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Active DOE Q clearance Work Environment:
