We are seeking a Knowledge Management Consultant to support a Fortune-ranked enterprise transformation initiative. This 100% remote contract role focuses on building, optimizing, and maintaining ServiceNow knowledge systems to drive self-service and ensure accessible, high-quality content across business units.

Critical qualifications for this position include proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and/or CSM Knowledge Management modules, as well as expertise in change management, including driving adoption and process transformation across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, organization, and ongoing improvement of knowledge bases within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Assess current documentation, frameworks, and user needs; develop strategies to improve content accuracy, completeness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to implement phased self-service rollouts for ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Define and maintain knowledge taxonomy and content classification to support effective knowledge retrieval and long-term scalability within ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Coordinate content gathering, authoring, revision, and standardization with cross-functional groups.
  • Develop and enforce governance processes for regular content review and maintenance.
  • Provide leadership in change management to drive adoption, training, and effective knowledge sharing.
