The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new ServiceNow applications and enhancements, customizing workflows, integrating with external systems, and ensuring the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implementnew ServiceNow applicationsand modules based on business needs. Contribute to building and maintainingcustom workflows and scriptsto enhance platform functionality and automate processes. Monitorhealth, usage, and complianceof ServiceNow instances and applications. Troubleshoot andresolve issues reported by end userseffectively and efficiently. Participate actively indevelopment, testing, deployment, and problem-solvingrelated to ServiceNow. Technical Requirements: 4+ yearsof overall software development experience with at least2+ years in ServiceNow development . Hands-on experience inITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOpsmodules. Experience building and managingServiceNow objectssuch as Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Policies, Script Includes, and Macros. Develop tools and dashboards to support ITSM and project workflows. Configure workflows and perform integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. Experience in deploying and validatingServiceNow patches, updates, and version upgrades . Functional Skills: Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills. Ability to work in acollaborative Agile environment . Strongproblem-solvingskills and attention to detail. Quick learner with a customer-focused mindset and ability to adapt to diverse cultural settings.
