ServiceNow Developer/ Engineer

ServiceNow Developer 12 months renewable contract We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developerto design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ServiceNow modules, and a proven ability to build scalable and maintainable applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows in the ServiceNow platform. Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications. Configure and customize business rules, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, and UI actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform platform upgrades, patching, and overall system maintenance. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Create and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript. Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Application Scope development Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
