We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst, specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements.
  • Maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
  • Review each demand concerning the platform's out-of-the-box features, ensuring best practices are followed or proposing alternatives.
  • Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
  • Stay updated on product evolutions and share relevant information.
  • Organize UATs and develop/update key test scenarios with the external vendor.
  • Propose improvements within their functional perimeter.
  • Facilitate functional workshops with end users and ensure key topics are addressed.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL.
  • Experience with large transformation projects is a plus.

Location:

Onshore / Nearshore (Spain / Portugal).
