Join our Digital Employee Experience team as the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Manager, where you will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of the ServiceNow HRSD product. In this dynamic position, you will lead the product strategy and the deployment team responsible for creating, delivering, and enhancing digital solutions that empower Sherwin-Williams employees worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include implementing and refining capabilities related to onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, case management, knowledge management, virtual agents, manager hubs, and alumni portals. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Digital Employee Experience teams, Platform teams, and business stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with enterprise employee experience initiatives and prioritize critical product roadmap projects.

Travel Required: 10%

This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and an option for working remotely two days.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field, or at least 10 years of relevant IT experience.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of IT experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.

Preferred:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Proven track record in leading HRSD implementations, including configuration and testing.
  • Expertise in configurations and integrations with Oracle HCM or equivalent systems.
