ServiceNow Discovery Developer Position

ServiceNow Developer Role

This is a hands-on role for a skilled ServiceNow Discovery developer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring out-of-the-box workflows and creating/maintaining custom workflows using the ServiceNow flow designer.

Additionally, the developer will integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs, ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with integrations and data ingestion systems, as well as experience with discovery and implementation according to best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Ensure system compliance with ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB and its supporting ITSM processes.
• Experience defining and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Discovery and implementation.

Benefits:

This is a 6-month contract with potential extensions. The rate is $25/hr in US Dollars, with some flexibility possible. The ideal candidate will be working remotely in India.
