ServiceNow Solutions Architect
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solutions Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with External Systems: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
- Implement Automation and Orchestration: Implement automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
- Maintain Platform Health: Maintain platform health and manage upgrades, patching, and performance optimizations.
- Provide Mentoring and Guidance: Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of ServiceNow Development Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules: Strong experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Proficient in Scripting Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer: Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.
- Strong Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, and security (ACLs, roles, permissions).
- Certified System Administrator: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- Additional Certifications: Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM/ITOM Implementer preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CSM and HRSD: Experience with ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.
- Agile or DevOps Environment: Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Exposure to Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Virtual Agent.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead technical discussions and represent the platform in cross-functional meetings.
