Job Summary:

We are seeking a Security & Risk Solution Architect to lead and guide ServiceNow implementations, focusing on platform design, integration, development standards, and technology strategy within the Security & Risk domain. This role is crucial for finding solutions to complex business problems, ensuring new solutions seamlessly integrate into the existing enterprise architecture, and facilitating communication between process owners and the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on problem-solving on projects.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) domain.
  • Participated in 20+ ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
  • 3+ years of architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance.
  • Micro-Certification - Business Continuity Management.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation and platform architecture.
  • Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and implementation standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience in platform assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to ServiceNow.
  • Project management skills with a focus on aligning technical solutions with business needs.
  • Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project.
  • Ability to clearly support Organizational Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Requirements workshops and design discussions for IRM and business continuity projects, consulting on both ServiceNow and Security & Risk best practices.
  • Manage all important project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on advanced development.
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
  • Fulfill Project's technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality, contributing with assignments, follow-up, and guidance to Junior/Mid developers.
  • Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.
  • Understand how available technologies can be used to solve business problems and what frameworks/technical stacks are suitable for solutions.
  • Understand the visual and functional scope of the ServiceNow application, including module interactions and future scalability/supportability.
  • Develop complex technical solutions and provide peer review for completed work.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes and the maturing of different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices.
  • Fill technical or process roles in projects, if needed.
  • Lead, educate, mentor, and develop assigned resources.
  • Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools, and techniques for efficient delivery.
  • Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.
