About the position
The IT ServiceNow Administrator/Developer role at Mueller involves managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to improve business processes across various industries. The position requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, focusing on automating workflows and managing IT service management processes. This office-based role is pivotal in delivering innovative solutions and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including production and sub-production environments. ,
- Develop, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. ,
- Create and manage workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and catalog scripts to meet business needs. ,
- Implement ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management, along with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functionalities. ,
- Conduct regular maintenance of CMDB and asset management, including performing Discovery, creating reports, and resolving conflicts between data sources. ,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement new Service Catalogs and workflows. ,
- Design and develop custom solutions using REST API, SOAP, JSON, and other integration technologies. ,
- Develop and deliver Performance Analytics dashboards and reports for stakeholders. ,
- Provide support and troubleshooting for product issues in ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, and ITAM. ,
- Follow software development life cycle (SDLC) and release management processes to ensure smooth deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in various industries such as retail, energy, financial, logistics, and legal. ,
- Preferred Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Developer. ,
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM modules, and experience with integration and automation tasks. ,
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, asset management, and service catalog management. ,
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. ,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ,
- Familiarity with cloud provisioning and Azure integrations.
