We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow & SAP Release Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management office (PMO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple regions.

The ServiceNow & SAP Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing incidents and change requests via ServiceNow to ensure prompt resolution. This includes configuring and maintaining ServiceNow workflows to support robust change management, including clearly defined service level agreements (SLAs).

You will also manage the end-to-end SAP change process using SAP Solution Manager, ensuring seamless transition from development to production. Additionally, you will oversee release meetings, approve changes, resolve conflicts, and enforce quality gates and standards aligned with SAP requirements.

Analyze ServiceNow ITSM processes and align them with SAP release practices to ensure integrated and efficient change management. Develop comprehensive documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional PMO team members to prioritize and implement changes across platforms. Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with ServiceNow (administration and ITSM processes) and SAP Solution Manager, including managing SAP releases.
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and maintain SLAs and quality standards across integrated systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience working in distributed teams spanning India and Europe.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving continuous improvements in integrated process environments. What You Will Do
