100% Remote from Spain or Portugal, with flexible start dates ideally within 1 month.

We are seeking a Medior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to support the development, integration, and lifecycle management of our ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on technical role with strong growth opportunities and the chance to make a real impact across the organization. Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Solid understanding of platform lifecycle, scoped applications, and ServiceNow architecture
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys learning and continuous improvement
• Motivated to grow within a supportive, agile engineering environment Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maintenance of custom applications in ServiceNow: from intake to release
• Ensure robust platform architecture, data separation, and security in line with best practices
• Design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to improve operational efficiency
• Apply your expertise with Creator Workflow, Integration Hub, and integration protocols including REST API, SOAP, and GraphQL API
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Support deployments via source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to platform lifecycle management including version upgrades and maintenance
