Position : Remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer / Architect

We are urgently seeking a remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer / Architect for an international project in Europe.

Candidate Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow, with at least 2 HRDS projects (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow).
• EU candidates preferred, based in Europe. Work permit is not provided.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs.
• Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
• Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
• Plan and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs.

Profile :

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on the ServiceNow platform.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow.
• Participation in at least 3 ServiceNow engagements, with a minimum of 2 in the HR domain.
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and Project Management frameworks (e.g., PM2, SAFe).
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Tech Lead.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow application design and business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Angular (latest versions), Bootstrap, and Typescript.
• Experience in client-side development of complex, multi-module applications involving Web Components.
• Knowledge of web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Certifications such as Application Developer, Integration Hub, or Certified System Administrator are advantageous.
