We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our business projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of CSM and ITSM modules.
Responsibilities include:
- Gathering, analyzing, and reviewing internal customer requirements;
- Maintaining a backlog in collaboration with external vendors and other Product Owners/Business Analysts;
- Reviewing each demand relative to platform out-of-the-box features and proposing alternatives when necessary;
- Providing guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities;
- Staying updated with product evolutions and sharing relevant information within and outside the team;
- Organizing UATs and developing/update key test scenarios with external vendors;
- Proposing improvements within their functional perimeter;
- Driving functional workshops with end users, assisting vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring key topics are addressed;

Key skills and qualifications include:
- 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform;
- Strong understanding of CSM and ITSM modules;

- Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
