ServiceNow Platform Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team as a Medior ServiceNow Platform Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development, integration, and lifecycle management of our ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a solid understanding of platform lifecycle, scoped applications, and ServiceNow architecture. You will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of custom applications in ServiceNow, ensuring robust platform architecture, data separation, and security in line with best practices.

You will also design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to improve operational efficiency, applying your expertise with Creator Workflow, Integration Hub, and integration protocols including REST API, SOAP, and GraphQL API. In addition, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions, supporting deployments via source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
