- ServiceNow Service Mapping, ServiceNow Pattern Designer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping Good to have
- Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
- ServiceNow CMDB
- ServiceNow CIS – Discovery
- Service Mapping Architect should be able to provide mapping solution for COTS, MS Access, ETL/Batch & Cloud based applications and drive it to implementation
- Designs, develops, and implements custom pattern to achieve complete and accurate discovery of infrastructure components and application services.
- Should have good knowledge in Infrastructure components (network, database, storage etc) and how it works
- Works closely with other technology SMEs to build and maintain accurate application service maps
