Slalom is seeking a Technical Developer with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and/or SPM experience. Our capability partners with our clients to deliver ServiceNow strategy and design , technology advisory , solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.
As a Lead Platform Architect, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across Slalom’s most critical ServiceNow engagements. You’ll design holistic, scalable, and future-ready solutions while leading technical delivery efforts in collaboration with both Slalom and client teams.
This role demands a high degree of functional and architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT—across lines of business, strategy, and transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations, ensuring alignment with client enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
- Conduct and facilitate technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
- Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
- Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others. Participate in pre-sales activities including RFIs, RFPs, and early-stage solutioning.
- Guide delivery teams across development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
- Mentor and upskill developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of ServiceNow roadmap and emerging capabilities to guide client innovation.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and the creation of reusable frameworks and delivery assets.
- Support travel engagements as required by project needs. .
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
- High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting and maintaining clear client expectations.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Principal role, the base salary pay range is $122,000- $225,000. For this position at the Sr. Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 -$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
