Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Specialist
A leading firm is currently seeking a skilled professional to join their Consulting practice in a role that will involve utilizing the ServiceNow platform to drive business growth and improve organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems, with a proven track record of success in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts, are also essential for this position.
The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. This includes evaluating performance, isolating and debugging software problems, and making recommendations for problem resolution. Additionally, they will lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables as assigned by engagement leadership during project execution.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification are preferred qualifications. Ability to travel as needed and authorization to work in the US without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship are also required.
