• 7 years of hands-on engineering/development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD -
• Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow capabilities
• Direct experience handling implementations of within ServiceNow -
• Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes metrics of value
