Lead ServiceNow Architect Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Service Management platform.

About the Job:

• Develop comprehensive architecture roadmaps and create solution designs for critical service management platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support a strong and resilient Service Management environment.
• Guide the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Facilitate architecture and design reviews, enforcing governance processes to ensure technical solutions meet our standards and business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, end-to-end technical architectures.

Requirements:

• A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in large, complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM processes, and integration technologies.
• Practical experience with inter-system integrations, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, message bus, and middleware.
