The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain Service Now HRSD applications, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes
- Investigate problem areas and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs
- Collaborate with functional teams to investigate software requirements and confer with project managers on software capabilities
Status Reporting and Customer Focus:
- Capture all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
- Take feedback regularly to ensure smooth and on time delivery
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices

Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements and proposed software
- Develop and automate processes for software validation
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware or improve its performance

- Capturing all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
- Taking feedback on a regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery
- Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
