Skills Required:

• Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development.
• Participate in solution discussions and contribute to user story creation.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Lead.
• Code/configure technical solution as per requirements.
• Perform Unit testing, resolve defects identified in Unit testing.
• Develop features, bug fixes and write various Server-side and client side scripts
• ServiceNow Integrations using Spokes and custom API with external tools.
• Manage Production support tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, Coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform
• Work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)
• Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform
• Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across the organization
• Assisting in troubleshooting effort
• Monitor and review patch / release issues
