Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the ServiceNow platform and its features.
  • ServiceNow Platform: Utilize the ServiceNow platform to manage and enhance IT service management processes.
  • Agile Methodology: Work within Agile squads aligned to specific modules of work, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Front-End Chat Platform: Develop and maintain a front-end chat platform to improve user interaction and support.
  • Net New Catalogue: Create and manage a new service catalogue to streamline service requests and delivery.
